Ofcourse you can. It all depends on you Your doctor has given you good treatment and his/her job is done. Now comes your part. Exercise - start with 30 min walk, start a new sport, join dancing classes or take yoga lessons. You can start slow but be consistent. Nutrition - very important, fruits and vegetables should be more than junk foods. Drinks 2-3 lts of water. Avoid oily salty sugary foods. Pregnancy is a beautiful process, enjoy it.
