My son is 3 years old boy. Psychologist said he is having mild autism. So I am sending behaviour therapy. I want to know that can I give him banana and apples. Is it affects him. One of mother near by my house told to cut this item. So I am having this doubt.

Autism is usually unaffected by food. Since your child is in growing age I would recommend a good nutritional diet including all fruits.

You should not cut down his diet. Just give him sweets/carbohydrates in limited amount. If you will restrict his diet then this may become major issue in long term
