I had anal with my partner without condom. We both are HIV -ve is there any chance that we might get HIV +ve.

You can say you both are HIV negative only if you both have HIV 1 Proviral DNA Qualitative test report negative and in last 17 days both of you did not indulge into sexual activity other than each other, no reuse of syringe and no blood transfusion if you can work out this then there is no risk.
