I am Male 50 years with weight 80 kgs. I have Gastric problem with BP 140/90 around & taking BP tablet telmiwock 20 mg every day morning. & timely sugar test was being normal. But so many times I am feeling faintness, light-headedness, dizziness, and blurred vision from 2 years, also a second pass away feeling. Esp. IN LONG HOURS STANDING & CLIMBING STEPS feeling dizziness, falling down sensation. My recent Triglycerides 143, HDL = 45, LDL .55 .Please request you to guide me. =3 cups rice with veg. Currey, 4.30 pm = 3 biscuits, 6 pm tea 8 pm 2 pulka with veg. Currey� .Please request you Doctor to guide me to relief from eyes blurring & reading sensation.

Hi. Dizziness, light headedness, blurred vision is likely to be due to lack of blood supply to brain. Do mri, ecg, blood sugar test.
