My daughter (AGE 20) is suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome. In her recent ultrasound done on 11 November 2018 the volume of uterus was 50 ml and volume of right and left ovary was 17 ml and 14 ml respectively. And the ultrasound before this was done on 27 august 2018 the uterus volume was 35 ml and right and left ovary were 14 ml and 15 ml respectively .and now my question is that her doctor suggested that there is some improvement but we are confused with the reports. For a second opinion I am asking this question.

PCOD is a disease where there is hormonal imbalance. Depending on her complaints, examination, reports and stage of life treatment differs and it also needs more time so get yourself treated with patience. Meet Gynecologist in whom you have trust as you will need to go for long time to him/her. Overweight is very common so in case you have that reduction of weight helps tremendously. Can not decide anything by just 2 reports.
