Hello hematologist, I have thalassemia major by birth actually I was taking total desirox 1750 mg per day from mid march to july end so my serum ferritin was reported 1570 on 1st august test of ferritin. So after getting report of ferritin on9 august that I started taking 1500 mg per day after that frm 9 august to 9 september then I started taking desirox 1750 mg /day again then I done ferritin test on 2 november so I is diagnosed 2407 now. So please advice me wat dosage I should take now to get it again to controlled.

You can take dose of 40 mg/ kg dose of Deferasirox If not ok then addition of another agent is recommended like desferrioxamine.
