I am suffering with constipation with for approximately 4 months. I followed Doctor's orders and tried introducing more fibers into my diet. I even tried using Benefiber Supplement which worked for some time but now the Supplement is no longer working and I am now experiencing lower right back. The only meds I am taking is Levothyroxine 25 mcg for an under active thyroid.
