I have sinus. I am not able to breathe properly. I am working in aircraft exhaust gases kills my breathing. Dusting, and feels uneasy everyone. Even breathe from mouth sometime.

I think you meant to say that you have sinusitis. From what you have said, seems like you are very much exposed to dust and you may be allergic to. You should definitely use Masks regularly and also should get a Nasal endoscopy done to see how exactly the inside of you nose looks like and also to see if you really have a sinusitis issue. Getting just a CT of sinuses will help to say whether you really have sinusitis or not. You can also take medications till you do any tests. Take care.
