My girlfriend told me that I should consult a doctor because the uppermost skin of dick does not open and she said that it's not normal if the skin of my dick does not open and my dick size is 3.5 inch which is not a proper size for a 19 year guy if is it so then what should I do for both of my problem the skin one and also the size one and is the size of my dick is normal according to a 19 year guy.
