I was looking through past medical records and found that a Flexion/Extension Xray on 7/13/17 showed Atherosclerosis (which I was never informed of). In January of this year I was hospitalized for a DVT blood clot in which I almost lost my life. My question is, if I was informed and treated for atherosclerosis, could the DVT have been prevented?
