As pregnancy advances placenta migrates upwards, get an ultrasound done to confirm the placental location at 8 months. Till then do not lift heavy objects and do not do heavy work ,avoid prolonged standing and unnecessary travelling, maintain abstinence. To control your weight restrict intake of carbohydrate and fat ,take a protein rich diet ,eat lots of fruits ,vegetables and salads .take skimmed milk. Take small frequent meals. Do regular walking.
