HI, I have chest cold and phlegm but there is no cough or irritation. Only my chest is heavy and my face is is puffy. At nights my nose gets blocked and I have trouble in breathing at night. How can I get rid of my phlegm? I have been having this problem for a couple of weeks now. I am not a smoker.
