HI. I am 22 years old. 2 year back I got something bad in life and I am full of depression and tension, overthoughts and I have completely lost my sleep. I have pain in my brain and nerves due to this. I am feeling a false imagination and dreams which actually don, t exist in reality. I do a lot of masturbation. What should I do?

And please try to make these changes:- Watch less tv, - Spend lesser time on mobile phone, - Drink more water - Eat healthy, nutritious diet nd - Practice pranayam or join a yoga class.
