I am 19 years old. I am 73 kg and 163 cm and my lifestyle is unhealthy. I don't have acne as such but I get small pimples on my thighs, back abd face sometimes but not very often. The last time I had a proper period was may 2018 after which I got my periods on October which lasted less than 2 days. For the past 3 days I've noticed a brown jelly like fibres/blobs in my urine so I wore a pad but there has been only a small brown stain in it so far. I have had loose motion occasionally for the past month and headaches almost everyday but no nausea. I engage in sexual intercourse once or twice a month with my partner who is allergic to latex, so in October and November we didn't have safe sex as we were unable to get a latex free condom but he pulled out each time before ejaculation. The last time I took a home pregnancy test was October and it was negative. I had sexual intercourse last on Nov 9.My sister has pcod and many in my family has diabetes. Could it be that the brown discharge is implantation bleeding or periods or cause of pcod (I don't know if I have it cause I've not consulted a doctor) or something else? Also,is home pregnancy tests enough to check for pregnancy or should I do a beta hcg blood test or lab urine test? It's been 17 days since intercourse.
