Do I need antibiotics for sinus infection / cold? I have a nose block and cold. But when I wipe with a tissue paper there is some blood in the tissue. The discharge is white but little blood comes when I wipe it with a tissue. Is this normal? I am taking Xevor and steam inhalation for the same. Will Xevor help me for cold and blocked nose and also tell me if the blood on the tissue is normal. It's very little like a spot or two. Kindly advise. Thanks.
