Hello, I am 32 years old woman my left side head is very painful from last weeks its like hell I had painkillers like saridon crocin but did not work please suggest me.

one sided headach may be due to migraine or cluster headache migraine associated with nausea and vomiting sometimes blurring of vision cluster headache is one sided with watering of eye running of nose usually behind eye it's severe type treatment of both is different trigeminal neuralgia is another cause if it's of recent onset you need to go ahead with CT BRAIN PLEASE CONSULT SOMEONE IF ITS NOT RESOLVING IF ITS SOO SEVERE
