I am suffering from blocked nose and throat. I feel I will die because of breathlessness. In evening and in dark I feel very uncomfortable. I feel my nose and throat are itching. I can not sleep till 1 oclock at night. I want some near me. I feel bad in winter season. I am 45 and my weight is 82 and hight is 5'5. I like sweets. I like hot water amd hot food. I like tea.
