Hello Doctor. I had serious pain near anal area. During bowel movements I feel pain like anything. It's like second death. I consulted 3 MDs but there was no relief. Finally I went to one very big famous hospital in the town and there Doctor suggested following medicines. 1. ORNI-O Tablets. 2. ENZOFLAM TAB 3. VELOZ 20 MG 15 TAB 4. ANOBLISS CREAM 30GM 5. THEMICAINE 2% JELLY 6. LOOZ SYRUP 200 ML 7. POTASSIUM permanganate 20 GM BOTTLE for hot bath 8. lactifiber 180GM POWDER. I got relief after two dose of medicines. I.e. Just within 1 day. However once I stopped the medicines, same pain started occurring. I visited again the doctor. He said do not take medicines. Just continue with CREAM and SYRUP and sits bath. However If I stop the medicine, I feel same pain. What shall I do now? Doctor said that you have anal fissure and it will take time to heal. These medicines are anti biotic and not good for health. Please suggest doctor. Thanks.
