Hi, I remembered my son started to talk few basic words like mama, dada, wow, yes and no when he was around 1 years old. Now, I hardly hear him call me mama anymore. When he wants my attention he just screams and directing me with his fingers what he wants. Should I be worried? He is 2 years and 4 month old now.

Your child is in some way ignored and is showing signs of neglected child . You have to show greater care and love for him and talk with him and encourage him to talk instead of shouting or scolding
