Hi, I am 25 yrs. I am married and now planning to conceive baby for 3 months but unable. 5 months ago I visited gynecologist for self checkup. polycystic changes was found. Volume of right ovary 11 cc and left 13 cc and no dominant follicles noted both ovaries. Can I still get pregnant? Please reply.

Yes you can conceive, first reduce your weight ,do regular exercise and take a protein rich diet and carbohydrate and fat restricted diet. Eat lots of green leafy vegetables and salads. Reduce your sugar intake. Weight reduction corrects hormonal imbalance thus helps in conception. If you're unable to conceive naturally consult a gynaecologist, she will give you fertility enhancing medicines.
