Hello, I am feel like sleepy on time and after 3 or 4 hr sleep, I wake up near 3 AM or by 3 3: 30 Am in routine, and get sleep again after 30 minutes or 45 minutes, which spoil my daily routine, because I am not feeling fresh in the morning. As some time I wake up with Gas and some anxiety. Kindly suggest me.
