Have 1.5 cm fibroadenoma in left breast and the whole Left breast starts paining before 12,13 days of period very painful. Full Left hand starts paining. After period I get some relief. Is it cancerous or not. I have 1.5 cm fibroadenoma upper nipple and some nodules I think near fibroid both are painful but the second one is not as big as fibroid. I'm very scared and in tension pls help.

If the lump has been diagnosed as fibroadenoma, then do not worry its benign. But if its a lump, n you say its fibroadenoma (and not diagnosed by doctor). Then you need to see some gynecologist or general surgeon to diagnose the case. I mean to know is it benign or cancerous. For more details you can consult me.

Your symptoms do not seem to be cancer related. No need to worry. Consult some good gynaecologist or a breast surgeon. They will prescribe something for pain.
