Sir I am suffering from schizophrenia doctor prescribed me trinicalm forte along with laser 6 mg, Resneex and sempneex 200 mg (amisulpride tablet. I am not getting any more benefits from especially trinicalm forte please advice me the substitute of this tablet (trinicalm forte)

Dear lybrate-user, Trinicalm forte belongs to older first generation antipsychotic. You can replace it with newer second generation antipsychotic like Amisulpride. But the dosage of amisulpride needs to be fixed, depending on your improvement and side effects. Discuss with your psychiatrist about it. May be, she/he is in the process of shifting you from trinicalm forte to amisulpride.
