I had a radius and ulna fracture in my right hand in Oct 2016 after which Inheld to undergo surgery where 2 plates were fixed with bones and recovery was fine. I am fine from the movement perspective, guess have 100% normal hand movement. But I am still not able to lift more than 2-3 kg weight. Sometime if I push too hard swelling appears around surgery area and pain starts which lasts 3-4 days. Is it normal?
