I am a 19 year old female. I?ve had a eustachian tube dysfunction for the past several months. I went to the ENT about 5 times and each time she gave me nose sprays/allergy pills/antibiotics and so on. The only thing that was cured is the stuffed nose. But I still have pain in my ears especially when I sleep on them. She said there was no sign of infection in my ears, only a tube dysfunction and I really want a solution because I want to breathe normally as well as be relieved. Thanks in advance.

Do Valsalva Manuvere i.e. Keep both Nose Closed and fill Air in your Mouth and make mouth Close and try to create small pressure inside so that ET tube opens and also consult me online via Video call for further treatment.
