My vitamin d level is 30 is it sufficient or should I take vitamin D supplements.

Dear Lybrateuser, - You have to take supplement & also be in sunshine for 15-20 min between 10 am to 2 pm as it is the best natural source of vit d3 - also have foods rich in vitamin d such as organ meats, egg yolk, fortified foods such as dairy products, milk, orange juice & cereals.
