I am 68 years old male. My creatinine level 0.85 on 31st July 2018. On 27th November it has increased to 1.27. I am a cardiac and BPH patient. Taking Concor cor 2.5 ecosprin AV 75 and Roliflo of 2 mg. Is it an alarming situation? Could you please advise me about high creatinine. Thanks.

Hello Mr. Mohanan Recent rise of creatinine may be due to many factors. First of all you should repeat the test from other standard lab to cross check it. But 1.27 is within normal range. But you should do an ultrasound exam of KUB to look at your kidneys and bladder. And consult a qualified urologist.

Better to repeat creatinine and also get USG abdomen and pvrv. Continue roliflo if your urine flow is ok with it.
