Dear Doctor, I did sex with a sex worker while doing the same my condom had busted and only once I pumped my penis into her vagina then after I removed mine instantaneously. Then after by using other condom I completed the same and ejaculated after 2 minutes then I cleaned my penis cleanly with water. It happened before 3 weeks but still I didn't face any major symptoms of hiv. But today I felt like motions not loose one a little bit hard motions I felt. I didn't feel any fever and any other symptoms relayed to hiv. Can I consider this motions is a symptom of hiv or not? While doing the sex I didn't find a single symptom in the girl could pls suggest me the next process.
