wysolone 20 tab report by a hematology/oncology for my elder sister due to decreasing platelet count since 2 month after consulting MD Phy. After all lab examinations like Every 2 days once Repeat platelet counting and Bone marrow aspiration studies That MD Phy suggested to consult with haematologist. That hematology suggested wysolone 20 MG Dr. told me to take 10 days course of wysolone 20 mg again 10 days later Dr. Asked me to come for consulting purpose we went there but the Dr. was out of country so that we stopped to use that medication I mean wysolone 20 mg Tab. But unfortunately I came to know that if we suddenly stop using that wysolone 20 Mg tab may cause other problems. May I know the solution for that Note :- again we started taking wysolone 20 MG tab from today.

Yes, you have got right information. Wysolone is a Prednisolone, it is a corticosteroid. Steroids dose should be tapered before stopping it. From provided information, it seems that your sister is suffering from Autoimmune condition, so steroids. It will be better that you consult same hematologist for further line of treatment. Presently continue with Wysolone 20 mg in prescribed doses.
