I am 23. And from past 10 months I have a kind of ulcers on my tongue end at the beginning of throat. And also have burning sensation problem when I eat spicy. So I consulted an oral surgeon, he told me that these are not ulcers these are taste glands. And that I should not use pepper etc in food. And told me that early to bed early to rise. And I have been taking different multivitamin tabs and caps from past 5 to 6 months. And the main thing that I have never consumed tobacco. So please help me to figure it all out. And please tell me what it really is? And please give me some dietary recommendations.
