I am 22 years I have ovarian cyst in my right ovary size 3 cm, I also complain from heavy menstrual cycle, weight gain and urine incontinence for along time I am also have anemia can the cyst cause these symptoms?

Cyst may cause heavy menstrual bleeding ,which leads to anaemia. Weight gain and urinary incontinence is not caused by ovarian cyst. For cyst you can take oral contraceptive pills for 3 cycles, this will regularize your cycles and resolve the cyst, for anaemia take a healthy protein rich diet and take iron supplementation. Get your thyroid profile done.
