I was diagnosed for tuberculosis and meningitis last year and have been on prescribed medication for nearly a year. Now, I've recovered from my illness but I'm experiencing facial palsy on the right side due to the side effects of my medication. I also find brisk walking difficult and I'm still not able to drive a vehicle. Please advise what kind of exercises I should do and which fruits may help me recover.
