I broke my hands and it fixed with I'm nail fore arm fracture in June 2017 and it was removed in June 2018 now in December 2018 can I go to gym are there any chances to break my arms if I lift weight again and what's the weight that I should lift whats the max weight.

Yes you can go to gym now. If fracture is already healed then no chances to break it again. You should do exercises now wherever you can go either gym or homebase but make sure that you should start weight lifting exercise from small weight which comfortable and we can increase weight gradually. Just Follow proper instructions of trainer or doctor.
