I HAVE 5 WEEKS pregnancy (Gestational age 7 weeks). MY LAST PERIODS CAME ON 19 OCT 2018. I CHECK BY PREGA NEWS ON 22 NOV. RESULT WAS POSITIVE. WE GO FOR EARLY pregnancy CHECK UP. THEN I DONE ULTRASOUND (trans abdominal scanning. Results are -NO OBVIOUS FETAL POLE SEEN ON TRANS ABDOMINAL SCANNING. IMAGING- single intrauterine early pregnancy of five weeks. Whats the mean of the results. Please give your consultancy. I am very worried.

When only abdominal sonography done and not vaginal and sometimes even in vaginal in early pregnancy one does not see foetus ( seen at later stage) That is what it says. Confirmation comes by later sonography
