Impression from MRI of left knee: lt acl grade 1 injury. Degenerated grade 2 tear in posterior horn of medial meniscus and grade 1 tear in posterior horn of lateral meniscus. Mild laxity of medial collateral ligament with lateral subluxation of tibia with respect to femur with joint effusion.

You should consult an orthopedic doctor who deals in sports injuries. Apart from MRI findings clinical exam is very important to formulate a plan of treatment .Lachman and Pivot shift tests are very important. Findings in the examination room and under anaesthesia needs to be considered along with arthroscopy findings. Depending on these you might need ACL reconstruction and meniscal injury treatment either meniscal tear excision or repair.
