Particularly with adapting a modified lifestyle, avoiding becoming over weight, exercising regularly for over 1 hour a day, taking a healthy diet, refraining from alcohol and smoking and avoiding junk foods. The glucose levels mentioned are high. Fasting 150 mg is suggestive of diabetes (126 mg and above is considered diagnostic for diabetes), but PP 165 mg is in a prediabetic state.
