I am 25 years old female and I have 14 months old kid. I am suffering from lots of problems after delivery like tooth decay, severe head ache and dizziness, urine infection, increased appetite and mainly severe weight loss one after another. Am unable to understand the problem and please help me to clarify the problem inside me.
