Hi I am 26 years old married female. I am getting breathing from past 3 or 4 days for sometime and at that time I am feeling some ache in left hand shoulder and chest. It is happening for some time for about an hr or two. And from many days for every 2 or 3 or 1 week or daily once I am feeling a severe pain at the back of left chest and the oain is proceeding in front of left chest it lasts for 2 to 5 mins or kiss than 10 mins. I am not having enough sleep from almost 15 days. I am sleeping around 3 or 4 and waking up around 8.Why is this happening? Is it due to any heart related problem ?I took ecg also in may which was normal. Can you please tell me why is it happening I am really worried. Is it due to heart attack? I used to not have food also on time in the past 2 months and used to skip meals but I used to eat all junk food bt from 15 days I am eating on time but no enough sleep. please reply asap I am really worried alot.
