My head spins while getting up from the bed and roll on the bed. Sometime it's mild and sometimes it's very intense. While sitting also it's spin few times. I have polyarthritis problem in my back thoracic area along with moderate hearing loss in my left ear and mild hearing loss in my right ear. Body stiffness is there.
