I am a 23 year old female and i am facing major problems. M having PCOS and due to that my weight is increasing and even hair fall has been started. So request you to suggest me with the solution.

You need to exercise regularly and stop eating junk/ high calorie foods/ sweets etc to begin with. Try and reduce about 1 kg a month which is realistic and achievable. normal Body mass index should be between 19-25. Also I would advise you to start taking low dose pills like Yaz to regularise your periods if they are irregular. Please get a Fasting insulin level and lipid profile done as well so that any further medicines if needed can be advised
