I underwent renal transplant 5 years ago. My doctor has lowered my dose from 1 mg bd to 0.5mgbd. My tacrolimus level is 2.82 and normal level is 3-5 mg. My creatinine level is slightly raised to 1. 8 and normal level is 0.7-1.4.what can be the cause.
