My 4 year old son has been complaining of on and off stomach over a period a month or so. Today morning he had extreme stomach ache and was crying badly, for which I gave him Nutrolin B 5 ml and Crocin DS 3 ml. Following the administration, he did watery stools and pain subsided. The pain he complains to occurs in the left side of the navel area. Should I continue giving Nutrolin-B 3 times a day in addition to Zinconia? Kindly advise.
