I am suffering some unknown problem with my penis. Firstly I have seen some redness and cut on penis I have consulted with doctor after some treatment it got okay but now after sex it pains a lot and penis head does not come out of outer skin. And it pain a lot.

Hello- You are suffering from Phimosis". It is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin. The foreskin of the penis is not retractable in an infant or a young child.
