Hello sir, I am married and 32 years old. From last 10 days, I have found that my left ball (testicles) size is bigger than the right ball. Also, when I touched that ball, then there is a little pain in ball and left side of lower abdomen. When I do sex, a little pain arises in my ball including pain in lower abdomen. Also I am feeling more difficulty in sitting on chair or wearing any tight pants. I also used gym supporter for reducing pain and size. But there is no any change in size. The pain in left ball is decreasing while using supporter. Is there any serious problem started with my body? Sir please guide me to get rid of this problem.
