My wife is having pcos but now she is 12 months pregnant. Everything is ok what precaution she should take ahead .Do pcos problem arise again. Can we do sex presently she will complete 1st trimester soon.

12 week pregnancy, yes pcos can be occurs anytime but due to following correct diet and regmin she can save from this problem better to avoid sex 1st and last trimester do not take any risk.
