I am a 20 years old girl, with PCOS. I'm sexually active but have never had unprotected sex. Recently I started getting some breast pain and now along with the pain, I have some white tiny spots on my nipples, not areola but on my nipples. I'm worried is this breast cancer? I know can't be pregnant, so is it breast cancer?
