I am 63 years old male, with diabetes, hypertension and obesity from the last 25 years, had arterial fibrillation about 4 years back, take neat alcohol 3 pegs daily, presently taking nitrolong 2.6, cardoron 100, ramipril 5, amlodipine 5, glynase MF, Glyciphage 500, ATR 40, Deplatt A 75, Current ultrasound shows - liver normal with relative hypertrophy of left lobe and shows homogenous bright echotexture of liver parenchyma, Gallbladder shows calculus 12 & 6.7 mm, Prostate enlarged 40x35x37, 28gms, please suggest treatment.

If you feel that you have weak urine flow and since your prostate is also enlarged start tab urimax once daily for 1 month and see how is the response. You might need gall bladder surgery in future if you have pain in right upper abdomen.
