Hi, I am a pregnant lady, during my 6th month pregnancy I got diabetes, my doctor advised me to join in hospital for insulin adjustment, but what my question is, they used other patient's insulin vial instead of mine, but they injected with different needle, is there any problem using other patient's vials.

No it's fine. As long as the needle used is opened from a new sterile pack and disposable, it's okay.
