Hi I?m curious if cramping after ovulation is normal? I?m 4-5 dpo and having some quite uncomfortable cramping but I don?t think I?m pregnant.

Dear ovulation happens in the middle of the cycle. Sometimes woman can feel pain while ovulating. Pregnancy you can get to know once you are overdue so please confirm which day of your cycle is going on then only I can suggest it's ovulation period or you are pregnant.
