My mother is 44 years old she takes predmet 8 mg daily in the morning due to lung problems but her cheeks are swollen is there any problem?

Respected lybrate-user, predmet is a steroid and its side effects include weight gain, swollen body parts and weight gain. Swollen cheeks are related to predmet and is generally not an issue. Predmet can lead to other problems like bone weakness, acidity and deranged sugars which needs to be kept in mind.
